Now, our beliefs have taken shape in the new
Astor Black BOB ARTS INSTITUTE in Falmouth, Trewlany, the 1st of it's kind in his beloved Jamaican homeland.
The Institute is a welcoming haven of learning, which fosters tolerance, academic and personal growth. It's centrally located at the cruise ship pier in the charming, historical Town of Falmouth ~ home to Royal Caribbean Cruise lines mega-ship, Oasis of the Seas. For those visitors arriving in Jamaica by plane, the school is equally as accessible by motor-coach from Montego Bay International airport, a convenient 30 minute drive.
Every day, the FREE-I Students plan and produce live musical and arts shows. Visitors will experience the true sounds of Jamaica, with performances by Reggae Walk of Fame Inductees and visiting artists from around the world.
The Reggae Walk of Fame Museum will also feature a vibrant cultural experience where friendly local artists will exhibit their work and discuss their inspirations. FREE-I Students scheduled classes range from intensive one(1)-week studies to one(1) - three(3)-month accredited courses in:
- Travel journalism
- Fiction writing
- Action photography
- Arts and set design
- Entertainment and Media Management
- Film and video production
- Instrument instruction
- Reggae song-writing
- Jamaican cooking
Local and international students will audition for admission to be a
FREE-I Students, along with accompanying student housing. Believing no
Students wishing to learn should be denied the opportunity due to financial obstacles, scholarships are available.

Reggae Fantasy Camp gives young musicians the chance to live their reggae dream, an opportunity to jam with legendary reggae stars, write and record an original song with them and play it on-stage in front of family and friends.
